The official Olympic Doctor Milos Barna along with Dr Med. Wolfgang Ries - a frequent lecturer at world medical congresses and chief physician at the Flensburg Clinic for Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Angiology - are among the doctors who already recommend scooter bike riding over cycling and running. Especially to fix back pain, improve body posture, and improve overall fitness condition while saving the joints.

THE BEST

WORKOUT

FOR ALL AGES

Footbike riding is great to improve overall fitness condition. It helps stretch, relax and firm up back muscles, shaping and toning bums, legs and tums and can provide a superb aerobic exercise. Women appreciate the opportunity to shape the problematic parts of the thighs, buttocks, hips, abdomen and waist.

Whether you are two or 72, age is no restriction. Almost anyone can obtain the benefits of footbiking, including those who are overweight.

Scooter bikes require no balance and are especially good for those who are nervous, infirm or who cannot or have never cycled or ran.

BURN

30%

MORE

CALORIES

Forget the treadmills! Kick scooting burns up to 30% more energy than cycling, while saving your joints and avoiding saddle sores! The number of calories that you burn while footbiking lies between that of cycling and running. The advantage of footbiking over running is that there are fewer injuries.

During one hour you can burn from 950 calories (3990 kJ). Of course, it is up to you how intensive ride you choose, and the exact number of calories burnt depends on your body weight and fitness level. But the main thing is that it's always fun!

Women, in particular, appreciate the opportunity to shape the problematic parts of the thighs, buttocks, hips, abdomen, and waist.

As you can kick to and from work/school or even run light errands, scootering is a means of exercising that is very easy to incorporate into a person’s everyday life.

FOR ALL

ABILITIES

Our scooters can be used by people who do not know how to cycle or cannot cycle. Among our happiest customers are kids with cancer and adults with balance problems, autism, or learning disabilities. Some of them were never able to ride an ordinary bike, but with 15 mins of training, they are able to ride our scooter-bikes.

As one foot can be always on the ground, you can ride as slow as you wish, and stop anytime. Reaction time is faster than on bikes and the risk of incidents are lower.

GREAT POWER

TRAINING

FOR ATHLETES

Used by hockey and soccer teams in Central Europe, footbike riding is an effective and fun way for athletes to practice explosive power training. Especially for sports such as rugby, basketball, football or hockey, where power combined with speed is extremely important. Energetic kicking helps strengthen ligaments, joint capsules, and tendons.

"Whether you are 7 or 77, footbike riding will help you exercise the whole body, burn 30% more calories, improve posture and fix back pain whilst having FUN."
